I can’t recommend my amazing PT Renata enough! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and motivating, but also such an amazing person to train with in a group environment. Every session is fun, positive, and challenging in the best way possible. She makes everyone feel welcome, supported, and confident no matter their fitness level.

Renata is amazing! She is always so motivating, supportive, and full of energy. She makes every workout challenging but also enjoyable. Even on days when I feel tired, she encourages me to keep going and do my best. You can really see how much she loves what she does, and that makes a big difference. I’m very grateful to have her as my trainer!

Training with Renata for over 3 years has been amazing. She is not only an incredible person but also an extremely ethical and dedicated professional who does her job like no one else. Training in a group with great girls has made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
